Our patrol officers have verified law enforcement experience, verified military backgrounds, verified years of professional security experience in the public safety industry. We verify and ensure that our Officers are not only certified to the minimum state standards, but meet our requirements of POST, FLETC, US Military Schools, certifications.

Our officers only conduct patrol operations law enforcement grade vehicles. Each of our marked patrol vehicles are upfitted with highly visible and reflective graphics with our emergency lighting equipment, our vehicles create an instant command presence and deterrent that represents our clients in a professional manner.

Our emergency lighting equipment, and vehicle design specs, the technology each marked patrol vehicle is equipped meet our minimum standards for patrol vehicles. Every patrol vehicle is equipped with two-way radio communication, rugged mobile computer system, a proprietary computer aided dispatch software system that is live and connected with all other rugged mobile computer systems in the company, as well as our control center staffed by our certified dispatch specialists. Each vehicle is equipped with forward facing and interior facing camera system.

All Special Response Services Corporation vehicles are GPS enabled, allowing our control center to know exactly where every vehicle is always. Utilizing geo fencing technology, GPS reports we are able to maintain data of every time an officer drives on to or departs from a client property; ensuring services are being provided as contracted.

All Officers having the ability to utilize our rugged mobile computer systems in the field, generate real time reports that are typed on computer while the officer is still in the field., in many cases still on the client’s property. This ensures accurate reporting of information to our client’s.

Clients requesting patrol services generally receive multiple random or scheduled patrol service inspections each day or night during the defined service period. Special Response Services Corporation offers a standard patrol service option that meet most client needs. We also can create a patrol service package that fits a client’s specific needs.

Special Response Services Corporation also offers call for service response. Responding to noise complaints, suspicious activity complaints, parking violations, alarm response, and much more. Officers may provide lockup or unlock services of client’s amenity rooms and facilities or other requested locations. Lights out surveys and graffiti reports are standard as part of every patrol inspection services account and conducted every quarter.
